Description
Please read the instruction below!
22.01.2025 - due to a change in the slicer settings the hole in the lid on the up side down version was too wide - should be fixed.
27.01.2025 - added a “bulky” version with ~38g and thicker top and bottom. No need to but just more robust.
- also modified the funnel and stop slighly to compensate tolerances.
The box is a 4 liter cereal container i ordered online.
This cereal box spool holders prints in ~1 hour and takes only 33g of filament. Designed to fit on a A1mini build plate.
I noticed the big gap between the boxes so i made an upside down version to minimize the space needed.
Just replace every second one with the upside down one and save space!
It can store one 1kg spool or two 250g spools.
To fill the container with silica gel i designed a funnel to clip into the opening.
Close the opening with the plug.
You can use the round or the square shaped hygrometer. The hygrometer can be cliped into both sides.
The hygrometerholder from V1.0 and V2.1 are compatible.
The clip maybe stiff the first time but it will loosen up over time by itself. So be carefull at the first assemble.
Boost Meto support my work - Thank you :)
Step 1 → print the lid
Step 2 → print the container → the print will pause at the right layer!
Step 3 → insert the lid without the plug make sure it´s inserted correctly!
Step 4 → resume printing
Step 5 → trust the process ;)
