Tiered Hex Shelf Supports

Tiered shelving support for displays. 

Uses a clean hex pattern and is expandable to allow stacking of shelves. 

For 2 or more levels, the shelves are offset by 3 inches. The Riser Support provides support for higher shelves. 

Shelf is a standard 1X6 (3/4" X 5 1/2") board. It is important that the board is flat, there is not much allowance for warped boards. Shelf is anchored by two 1-inch wood screws. 

Make sure the board and shelf support are squared and pre-drill the screw holes if using hardwood. 

Shelf has been tested to 6 feet without center supports.

The Connector plugs are to hide the dovetail holes on the bottom and back. Can be inserted from the inside to hide the plug or from the outside to add a design element.

Printer tolerances should be dialed in. Fit tolerance is tight to prevent the pieces from separating.

Pictured shelves are printed in PLA-CF.  PLA or PETG are fine.
