This file is part of my personal project of building an A320 Home Cockpit. After extensive research, testing, and many hours of work, I created a detailed SketchUp model and PDF documentation with the exact dimensions I used to build my setup. It can be a great reference for anyone looking to design and build their own home cockpit.
The package includes the pedestal and other structural parts, making it easier to fabricate or 3D print the components. All parts are optimized to fit a 250 × 250 mm print bed. A PDF with frame dimensions is also included for easier reference.
Whether you are an aviation enthusiast, a flight simulator builder, or simply looking for accurate reference dimensions, these files can save you a significant amount of time and effort when planning your project.
My cockpit works perfectly, but the final result will always depend on how you assemble it. Some adjustments may be required depending on the materials you use, the brackets, screws, and your overall building approach. Small variations can happen from person to person, so take your time and always measure carefully during assembly.
All panels are included in the ZIP file, but their final fit will depend on the exact dimensions of your cockpit. You can adjust them in your slicer if needed before printing.
The frame was built using 12 mm MDF wood. The package includes a ZIP file with the 3D model and a PDF with all measurements, showing each piece individually. This makes it easy for people who are not familiar with SketchUp to view the measurements or send the files directly to a carpenter or CNC cutting service, or cut the parts themselves.
The ZIP also includes all Korry buttons, PCB files, colors, lighting references, and the materials I used, providing everything needed as a reference to build the cockpit.
Important:
You will need basic knowledge of electronics and Arduino to make the pedestal panels functional. This guide does not teach the electronics part. All files and measurements are included, but you will need the technical knowledge to wire and configure everything properly.
The final look and quality of the cockpit will depend largely on the precision and effort you put into the build. Even small differences of 1–2 cm can affect the fit of some parts, although most issues can be adjusted during assembly. Basic DIY and assembly skills are recommended.

Make sure you have access to monitors with these sizes for the correct fit.
Overhead panel:
The overhead used in my cockpit is from Wingflex. No files for the overhead are included.
