Fascia Roll

Here I want to share two foot massage roller with you. Simply place the massage roller on the floor and roll your foot with or without socks over it, it is great!

There are even two versions of each roll, one in one piece and a halved version. I prefered the halved version by the rough roller becaus there were more overhanging so the surface turned our perfect. The only disadvantage is that you will need a good glue. The one piece version is also testet but I had to grind and heat that one a bit to get the wanted surface. The smooth roller turned out perfect in the one piece version becaus the overhangs are much smoother.

Dimensions

The foot roller has a diameter of 58mm, a working width of 105mm and a total width of 168mm

Non printed parts

O-Rings with about 48-51mm inner diameter and a thicknes from 5-5,33mm (designed for 50,5x5,33)

Print instructions

I printet it our of PLA with the 0,3mm speed setting (3 perimeter and 20% infill) an it tourned out perfect. In my case, no post-processing was required. If you don not have the right O-Rings you can print it out of TPU (for better ground traction).
