Description
A decorative Easter egg, 3D printed with an elegant design inspired by fine braids – perfect for bringing a touch of refinement to your home’s atmosphere. The model features delicate open spaces through which light gently escapes, creating a subtle play of shadows and glow – ideal for cozy spring evenings.
It is printed in a single color, without the need for an AMS, making it accessible for any BambuLab printer. Even so, the result is surprisingly sophisticated thanks to its artistic shape and unique texture.
Printed on an Ender 3 Max with make overhang printable enabled, it took 8 hours and used just 62g of filament.
The model is available for two print profiles:
The model consists of two parts that will be glued together after printing, and with that, the egg is almost complete. Inside, at the bottom, you can place a small electric candle with a maximum diameter of 4 cm. Personally, I found a set of 4 at Lidl, but they’re also available on Amazon, eBay, Temu, or other stores. Any small LED bulb under 4 cm in diameter will work just as well.
After some testing and an order from Temu, I think I found a great option for the egg stand: a solid wood base with a built-in LED, very elegant. You can find photos and the product link below.
A unique piece of decor with a special charm – perfect for your Easter table or as a thoughtful gift!
P.S. Is it just me, or does the light cast a Toothless-shaped shadow on the wall?
