TPU Credit Card Band - Minimalist Wallet

A simple, slim wallet for the modern minimalist.
Print with durable, flexible TPU to secure your cards and cash.

During my quest to find the maximally minimalist wallet, I landed on rubber bands to hold my credit cards and cash. However there were 2 problems:

1. Rubber bands broke frequently
2. The wallet aesthetically screamed 'struggling artist', but without the artist part.

Enter the TPU Credit Card Band minimal wallet, with all the minimalism of elastic bands, but with the durability and flexibility of TPU.

Plus, at 0.4mm, it's even thinner than rubber bands - with a slim profile that easily slides comfortably into your front or back pocket providing easy access to your cards.

The band is adorned with a subtle diagonal pattern offering a touch of sophistication, so you can add back the artist part.

Size Variants:

While the TPU band will stretch to accommodate more cards, multiple sizes are available to optimally secure your every day carry.

• 2 mm - holds 2-4 credit cards
• 4 mm - holds 5-7 credit cards
• 6 mm - holds 8-10 credit cards
• 8 mm - holds 11-13 credit cards
• 10 mm - holds 14-16 credit cards

Printing Tips:

Print-in-place design that doesn't require supports.
Use Bambu Studio's Spiral vase mode for a seamless print.

• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.2mm layer height
• 95A TPU
• Vase mode / Spiral vase mode
• 0 top shell layers
• 0 bottom shell layers
• 0% infill

Cleanly removing TPU prints from the plate can be challenging. Instead of forcing it, try lifting one corner to create a gap and spray some IPA (isopropyl alcohol) into it. Heating the print bed to 60°C can also assist in removal.

The TPU Credit Card Band uses about 40 cm of filament - a great end-of-the-spool print!
