Imperial Gold Chinese-Style Crown - NO AMS !!!

     This stunning crown is inspired by traditional Chinese aesthetics, paying tribute to the elegance and refinement of ancient imperial courts. With a romantic and regal design, the centerpiece features a delicate butterfly, surrounded by golden ornamental elements, soft pink flowers, and cascading chains that together form a graceful and harmonious composition.

     Technical Details:

Fully designed in 3D, digitally modeled and 3D printed.

Each part fits together seamlessly, requiring no glue or complex supports.

Split into 8 print plates for easy printing on most standard-sized machines.

No AMS required – all colors can be achieved through manual swaps or simple post-processing.

Filament used: approx. 233g PLA

Total print time: approx. 11 hours and 30 minutes

     Extra Materials Used:

Decorative gems purchased from TEDi store. (The small stones are included in the 8 plates, if you want to print them and find a filament you like. Personally, I think a transparent green filament would look really nice.)

3 meters of gold chain, of which the following was used:

6 pieces of 20 cm

5 pieces of 15 cm

3 pieces of 10 cm

20 gold jump rings (12 mm) – available on Temu or similar craft stores.

Additionally, each small hanging ornament (printed with a small hanging loop) is connected using one small jump ring for a clean, elegant finish.

     Customization: This project includes a wide variety of decorations that can be arranged differently than shown in my version.
