Note from the Designer:
I've received requests for optimized 0.2mm nozzle profiles for the AFL Keyrings. As of July 7th, I'm developing a profile focused on enhancing first-layer adhesion and overall quality for the keychains. I expect to have all completed and uploaded within the next two weeks.

AFL Team Keyring Collection
I’ve been expanding my range of AFL prints for all you footy fans, now moving into a full set of keyrings for each team. These are perfect for showing off your club pride on your keys, but if you size them up a little, they’re also fantastic as bag tags for the kids!

Each keyring is designed to print cleanly and consistently, especially on a 0.4mm nozzle. While they work great as-is, using a 0.2mm nozzle will give you even crisper detail. Ideal if you're chasing a high-end finish.

Originally, I tried using MakerLab to generate these, but no matter what settings or profiles I used, the results just weren’t reliable. I instead designed full-size images, then made a range of Light Boxes. I then adapted the designs and print profiles to be optimised for keyrings. Each one has been modified to suit smaller print sizes and achieve better results across a variety of printers.

Each keyring comes with a universally optimised print profile for this series, called “Keychain.” I tested and printed 30–40 setting variations before settling on this profile. Initial layer adhesion is near-perfect (assuming your bed is clean), and most users shouldn't need to tweak anything. The only change I'd recommend is enabling top surface ironing if you're chasing as much quality as possible from a 0.4mm nozzle.

The keyrings are designed to be 60mm across their largest dimension (either height or width), and are 4mm thick. Each one includes a plain back plate for clean, solid printing.
