Belt Tensioning Tool for X1

I have been having an issue with belt tension. Support asked me to apply an extra 1 mm of movement to the tensioner. This is quite tricky so I decided to make a tool to do it. Basically you insert the tool between the tensioner and the rear cover then squeeze the tool togther to apply aditional tension. It prints in one go with no assembly required, I did it in PLA.
