11/7/2024 UPDATE - MakerWorld NFC Tag Model Added

 

This tag has a little secret, it has an NFC sticker embedded INSIDE of it! Sssshhhhh! :)
 

Two models are included with this download.

1. The original model which has a 0.6mm pocket on the inside. I used these NFC stickers from AliExpress. 
2. I created a 2nd model with a 1.4mm pocket on the inside that should work with a thicker NFC tag, such as the MakerWorld NFC tags.

Simply print this tag and insert a print pause at 1.6mm for the original or 2.4mm for the MakerWorld version, then insert your 25mm NFC stick. Then click resume to finish your print! Note: A sticker style NFC tag is highly recommended, so the NFC tag stays flat and doesn't catch on the hot end during printing.

 

You can then use an app like NFC Tools to write to your NFC tag.
