Bambu Lab Plate holder for Skadis (3 plates)

This is a remix of the holder from @Nozzelman.
I remioved the middle part and reduced the number of plates to 3.

• removed the middle part to save material and time
• reduced the number of plates from four to 3
• made some minor design adjustments
• the distance of the hooks on the backe remained unchanged
