If you aren't using Bambu Lab Charcoal Matte PLA then you will need to adjust your support settings for easy removal on the front grill of the main body. When using Bambu Lab Charcoal Matte PLA, I can easily just flick the supports out with my snips and cut away any stuck parts, if you worried about spending a few minutes removing supports then i'd recommend you not printing this model.
My Remix and small little alterations and additions for a nice easy print to get an awesome looking DL-44.
The 3mf file is for Bambu Studio and Orca Slicer that is set up with my recommended settings.
I print in 0.12 layer height with normal snug supports, try increase the xy support offset if you are having trouble removing them.
For the Flash Hider i block supports going to the little holes in the hider so there's only supports and the bottom.
Assembly is pretty straight forward using CA/Super Glue, if there are any parts that are too tight, i just use a small diamond file to smooth it down.
Assembly:
For weathering i use silver leaf Rub n Buff as well as black and brown acrylic paints. Just rub it all over until it looks nice and dirty.
