Description
Inspired by a love of pool and 3D printing, I designed this 8-ball-inspired hydrometer holder.
Print in black and use a white hydrometer for contrast or a black hydrometer for stealth.
I added a ventilating opening in the back to ensure the hydrometer works properly.
You can by the hydrometers on Amazon, in black or white, Here are the links.

The fit on my X1C was very good, and I gave it a little more room to account for printer tolarences.
Note:
I used Variable Layer Height on the print profile to minimize the banding effects at the top of the sphere. The XC does a great job and the print looks very nice.
Features:
Small and easy to fit on your desktop.
Recommended Materials:
I printed in ABS, but this is only because it's what I have the most of at this time. ABS is not needed for this print, PLA is the best choice here,
Print Mode:
Use the provided .3mf template.
Orientation and Support:
The object can be printed entirely on a single plate. This model does not need support.
Dimension:
88mm x 88mm
