This device is a practical application of geometry and can be used in various fields, including engineering and art, to create precise elliptical shapes.

 In summary, the elliptical trammel is a simple yet effective tool for drawing eclipses, demonstrating the principles of geometry in a tangible way.

Assembly:

 Place the 4 slider parts in the channels first, then align the cross-lever above them and click together.

 I have included another profile with some stronger clips on the slider part if you find that your original clips aren't strong enough. I have made several of these with Bambu PLA Basic and have had no trouble although I did break one printed in PLA Matte.
