Festool OF 1010 Router to MFT 3 Table Router Mount
I am always looking to save space in my small garage. Sometimes this means using one tool to serve multiple purposes.
This model allows you to mount one of Festool's OF 1010 routers to the side of their MFT 3 table to create a mini routing table.
As I do not have one of the MFT 3s, this model has been based off of the CAD files provided by @Festool for their contest.
I do have plans to adapt this mount to suite other routers as well, so if you have a router you'd like to mount, let me know!
Printing:
Use a tough filament. PLA won't work here because of both strength and heat.
ABS, ASA, Nylon, or a CF version of one of those.
Use a decent number of walls and bottom layers as those well be your work surface.
Use cubic or gyroid infill for strength in multiple directions. Nothing less than 25%.
