Double the bling!

Only the top/surface four layers are colored to speed up the print and keep more strength.

PrusaSlicer PROECT with modifiers, set to your desired colors: 

 
ASSEMBLY: Use a short length of filament to attach the arms to the frame. It can be easier to insert if you heat and stretch out the end of a length of filament as shown.

Insert through the hinge and pull all the way to the far end, use mini needle nose pliers if needed. You can use a lighter to melt a head/knob on the end.

Trim excess and enjoy.

I used back on white in this example to enhance visibility in these photos. I normally use a matching color or clear.
