Do we really need another calibration model? Sure, why not!

CaliCar is a small calibration print, only around 15g that tests a number of things to challenge and dial in your printer.
Tests:
Flow Ratio / Tolerances (print-in-place wheels, should rotate)
Ringing test (bottom of car text)
Bridging test (inside of right side)
Overhangs / parts cooling test (supercharger, steering wheel)
First layer adhesion
First layer fine details (wheels, vents, steering wheel)
Fine details (wheels, steering wheel, vents)
Press fit test (two CaliCars should join nicely)
Hole test (headlights, sidepipe, filament hole in middle rear)
Speed! How fast can you print one?
Here are some of the tests in details so you know what to look for.
Dimensions
You can measure the print with calipers to find your dimensional accuracy.
The dimensions are:
Car length: 70.00 mm
Car width: 25.00 mm
Steering wheel diameter: 12.50 mm
Wheel diameter: 15.50 mm
Sidepipe: 4.00 mm (hole: 1.85 mm)
Bridging test
There is a bridging test on the inside wall of the right hand side with the door area being visible for inspection.
The bridging distance is over 32 mm so it can be a challenge.
Overhangs test
There are some steep overhangs as a test, particularly the supercharger and steering wheel and to some extent the headlights as well but those normally should clear fine.
Press fit test
You can join two cars as a press fit test, they are joined by the sidepipe and the corresponding cutout on the other side of the car.
If you can't join them you could be overextruding a bit.
Flow Ratio / Tolerances
0.20 mm tolerance test, the wheels should rotate and not get stuck to the car.
The wheels are removable and can be swapped over to another CaliCar.
If your print is overextruded it's possible the wheels get stuck and won't rotate.
Ringing test (bottom of car text)
The CaliCar text is placed on bottom of the car but as the test is printed on its side it's actually being printed throughout the whole test and is a good ringing test.
The letters protrude 1.00 mm.
You may not get any defects if you're not using high acceleration and travel speed.
Hole test
Headlights diameter: 5.00 mm
Supercharger hole diameter: 2.30 mm
Rear middle hole (1.85 mm - press test fitment of a piece filament)
Sidepipe hole (1.85 mm - press test fitment of a piece filament)
