Design intent
- Could not find a single dose hopper with bellows at a decent price on the market for the Baratza Vario plus grinder. They are quite expensive
- Wanted to keep a silicone bellows (and not a printed one, which won't last long)
- This is the bellows and cap I am using (I discarded the adaptor): https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0B1TSKT11
- If you find a different size bellow, use the STEP file to modify for the proper diameter
- If you don't feel at ease with plastic in contact with your coffee, this mod might not be for you
Printing notes
- STL is oriented correctly
- Add manual tree support on the 2 small surfaces of the side tabs
- Optional: Add “Internal Brim only” of 5mm with a 0.1mm gap to guarantee proper bed adhesion. The surface touching the bed is not that big
- 0.2 layer, 0.4 width, no infill is used
- I printed in ASA but any material would work
