Chainsaw Man Denji cosplay helmet

Denji’s devil form head from Chainsaw Man, ready to be 3D printed! The design features color-divided sections, so you can print in different filaments and no painting is needed.

The download includes:

• STL files for a 200mm print bed, with parts pre-arranged for easy printing.

• OBJ file of the uncut, assembled helmet.

MOVABLE JAW 

• The lower jaw piece has holes for a rubber cord and snap-on hinge, making it movable. You can use any black rubber cord, but a flat one looks the best.

SIZE At 100% scale, the model’s dimensions are:

• Width: 267 mm

• Length: 973 mm

• Height: 426 mm

• Designed for a snug fit on a 56cm circumference head

Feel free to scale it, but we can’t guarantee great results at a much smaller size. Make sure to measure your head before printing. Read more about measuring and scaling here.

• Layer height: 0.15 mm

• Infill: 15%

• Supports: 30° overhang
