Prusa XL TPU Full Feeding System W/ Internal PTFE Tube Retention Flanges

Full reduced friction feeding system For extruder number one on the Prusa XL  from the left side mounted spool holder  using an additional  filament guide mounted using the same method as the OEM filament guides.  The natural spring tension of the PTFE Tube combined with the Internal termination flanges on initial two parts making the turn around the corner hold the PTFE tube in place.

Added a 2nd guide to the original Prusa XL soft TPU cable clip by adding retention flanges. the PTFE tube Is mechanically locked in place so it does not slide out the clamping mechanism in the guide.  

This design also allows you to use less PTFE tube,  which in turn means even less friction and less PTFE tube waste.   

Use:

• Simply cut a piece of 6mm PTFE tube to fit inside each clamp with the flanges to lock it in place. 
• Use the PTFE_Extruder_Holder.stl part as a  place to insert the original, stock PTFE tube for storage while using PTU.  
• Use an additional ~20mm piece of PTFE tube inserted into the extruder as a final guide. 

Tested with Several different inner diameter/outer diameter PTFE tube, they all clicked in nicely:
