Description
An adjustable mounting solution for generic IPTM80 / PTM80 machine torch from Amazon to mount to the Langmuir Crossfire CNC Plasma Table. Also has mounting brackets for two straight line lasers for easier lining up of work piece.
Requires:
8x M5 heat set inserts
8x M3 heat set inserts
8x M5*55mm SHCS
8x M3*10mm BHCS
4x M3/M4 washers (for laser mount adjustment slider screws, optional)
When importing the .3mf into PrusaSlicer, you will get a message:
"This file contains several objects positioned at multiple heights.
Instead of considering them as multiple objects, should
the file be loaded as a single object having multiple parts?"
Select “No”.
Reorient the parts to lay on the faces as shown:
No supports should be needed to print.
The M5 heat sets go into the backside of the main mount body.
The M3 heat sets are used in the laser mounts, the bottom clamp, and the main mount body.
