FlashForge Adventurer 5m (Pro) Ultra Lightweight Cooling Fan Duct

This is a Remix of the duct designed by Andrey E, then remixed by WingWong.

Made with the intent to shave off as much weight as possible while retaining cooling performance. It uses 5x2mm magnets just like the stock duct.
 

Reduced weight to just 14 grams. (-50% compared to the original!) 
Added a modifier .STL to replace vertical shells with infill on the bottom.
Added holes for easier magnets replacement.
Extra tolerance for upper mounting holes for better fit.
Redesigned ducts.

The cooling performance is identical to the original.

Print settings:

Duct:
No supports
0,16mm layer height (optimal),
2 walls,
No infill required.
Modifier:
0 top and bottom layers,
30-50% any 2D infill, i used 30% honeycomb.

To use the modifier .STL, import the main model first, then right click it, select “add modifier” → “load”. (Orca Slicer)
