HSW interface blocks

Summary

These interface blocks can be used as in insert in your printed object making a secure connection between it and the HSW grid.

This block enables support free printing! While keeping a rigid connection. These blocks can be pressed in a pocked and should be secure enough without any glue!

It's also designed to be easily removed thanks to this rib so it can be pulled out with pliers!

Versions

There are as of now, 2 version:

• default
  • Here the connection to the HSW grid is the same as the original
    • i find these to be a bit loose
• Tight fit
  • Offset on HSW connection, enables a more rigid connection to HSW grid
  • connection to printed object remains the same

The pocket in your design should look like this. I also included a test print for this (F360 file also included).
