🛠 Assembly Instructions:
For a stronger build, use a 600 mm (23.6 inch) rod (wood or metal), 6 mm (1/4 inch) diameter
The rod is optional if the sword is just for display
All parts are designed to align easily and fit securely

🖨 Print Settings for the Iron Sword (Damaged Version):
Use the Damaged Sword STL files.
Print using metal filament to give the model a realistic iron look.
Set the infill to 15% for a solid and sturdy structure.
Use a layer height of 0.15 mm for better detail and surface quality.
💎 Print Settings For the Diamond Sword (Smooth Version):
Use the Smooth Sword STL files with the included modifier files.
Print with transparent blue filament for the blade to match the look from the Minecraft Movie.
For the Blade, set the layer height to 0.30 mm and use 2 perimeters. This helps create a clearer, glass-like appearance.
For the Guard and Pommel, use a layer height of 0.15 mm and 4 perimeters.
For all transparent parts, set the infill to 0%. This keeps the prints light and more see-through.
If you want to hide the hole for the rod - Import the modifier files into your slicer, align them with the model parts, and move them into the correct position.
Use Grid Modifiers to create a cubic infill pattern that complements the blocky, Minecraft-style design.
Set infill density to 100%
Use the Concentric pattern for the infill
Use Cube Modifiers to control transparency in specific areas:
For the Blade, set infill density to 80%. This helps hide the inner support rod while keeping a transparent look.
For the Guard, set the perimeters to 2 or 1 in the modifier settings.
You can fine-tune the print speed and layer height to enhance the transparent effect.
A higher layer height and faster print speed can result in more transparent prints.
These settings are tested and optimized for Prusa printers and PrusaSlicer, but feel free to adjust them to fit your printer and filament.
