Xiaomi Mi Stick 60mm Fan Cooler - No more overheating!

My Xiaomi Mi Stick was getting absolutely impossible to use. Constant freezes, restart, overall just terrible performance. I tried everything from factory reset, buying another one, deleting some apps but nothing fixed. Some days would work wonderfully, others would be a total PITA. Until I noticed… It was overheating!

I decided to remove the plastic case and create this simple shape that makes use of a 5V 6010 fan to cool it down. With this, the performance is improved 1000% and no more resets out of the blue.

I power the fan with a USB connected to the TV. The fan is attached using M3 heated inserts and M3x15 Bolts:

PRINT USING HIGH TEMPERATURE MATERIAL: ABS/ASA or more. PETG can also work (at your risk)

No support is needed, just print with the fan side on the buildplate.
