bicycle helmet buckle part (alpina, uvex)

A colleague asked me for a replacement for a broken part of a bicycle helmet buckle from “Alpina”, since a replacement is hard to find - so I designed one. This kind of buckle seems to be relatively common, so if you need one with different dimensions, I can adapt the model. Ask in the comments and there's a good chance I'll upload it.

Dimensions (alpina):

webbing width (for chin strap): 16mm

ratchet strap dimensions:

• width: 12.5mm
• length: 40mm
• thickness (incl. teeth): 2.8mm
• distance between teeth: 4mm

width and thickness are the most important values of these, the others are probably more tolerant.

Printing: I recommend increasing the perimeters (walls). Also usual PLA might be too brittle.
