Description
Snap-on magnetic filter holder for Core One. A slim base acts as a guide for the filter frame, which sticks to back of the chassis using 4x ½" diameter round magnets. I left a few mm between the fans and the filter to get better distribution of airflow.
When the vent filter is not needed, the filter frame is easily detached, leaving the unobtrusive slim base.
¼" thick magnets will be plenty strong to hold it in place. The filter frame accepts the commonly available and affordable LV-H128 filters. The LV-H128 filter has large surface area so should present lower resistance to the fans.
