Description
Very effective check valve (resist up to 7 bar in my case).
It was designed to be used on a pressure booster pump connected to an IBC water tank. I couldn't find a gardena check valve so i made it.
You will need:
-ASA or ABS (Do not use PLA, it's too brittle and won't stand a chance with UV)
-A .50 cal rubber ball
-Loctite 5331 sealant or something similar
-2x gardena rubber
Print it with a .4 nozzle (no support needed), then drop the .50 ball in the input part, add sealant on the thread and thread the pieces together
ONLY FOR OUTDOOR USE as i never managed to make it 100% waterproof. There's always a small water dripping but it's still very effective to maintain the pressure in the pressure booster.
ADDED V2 Version uppon request:
-Increased thread tolerance (+33%)
-Added HEX on the entry part to use a wrench (you'll need support)
