• ATTENZIONE: Questa cover va bene soltanto per la Genius. NON si installa su Sidewinder X1.

La cover è compatibile soltanto con l'originale BLTouch V3.1 Antclabs. Le versioni precedenti ed i cloni (esempio 3DTouch) possono avere ingombri diversi che non permetto l'installazione.

Questa cover motore va a sostituire quella originale, con il vantaggio di avere la predisposizione per il montaggio del BLtouch ed il bloccaggio del cavo flat.

Gli offset da inserire nel firmware sono i seguenti:

Asse X: 33.0mm

Asse Y: -26.0mm

I comandi per aggiornare gli offset sono:

M851 X33 Y-26

M500

Ho creato anche delle aperture nella parte superiore che vanno a raffreddare il motore dell'asse E, che nelle lunghe ore di stampa si scalda molto.

Per fissare il BLTouch si utilizzano le viti ed i dadi che si trovano nel sua confezione. Non c’è bisogno di installare le molle.

Per bloccare il cavo flat c'è bisogno di:

• N°2 Viti M3x16
• N°2 Dadi M3

• ATTENTION: This cover is only suitable for Genius. It does NOT install on Sidewinder X1.

This cover is only compatible with the original BLTouch V3.1 Antclabs. The previous versions and clones (for example 3DTouch) can have different dimensions that do not allow installation.

This engine cover replaces the original one, with the advantage of having the predisposition for mounting the BLtouch and locking the flat cable.

The offsets to be included in the firmware are as follows:

X axis: 33.0mm

Y axis: -26.0mm

Commands to update the offsets are:

M851 X33 Y-26

M500

I also created openings in the upper part that cool the E-axis motor, which gets very hot in the long hours of printing.

To fix the BLTouch you use the screws and nuts that are in its package. There is no need to install springs.

To lock the flat cable you need:

• N ° 2 M3x16 screws
• N ° 2 M3 nuts
