Hülle mit Kameraschutz für iPhone 15 Pro Max

Ich habe für die Hülle und die Kamerakappe TPU Filament (eTPU-95A) von eSun verwendet! Für den seitlichen Schutz kam PETG von Prusament zum Einsatz!

Druck:

Da es im aktuellen Slicer von Prusa kein Filament Profil für das verwendete TPU von eSun gab habe ich nach Recherche das Profil von SainSmart TPU verwendet, damit hat der Druck wunderbar geklappt!

Düse 0,40 mm

Schichthöhe 0,2 mm

Support: Für die Hülle und Kameraschutz

Den Support habe ich angepasst, den Stil habe ich auf Gitternetz umgestellt damit er sich leichter lösen lässt! Für den Druck des Kameraschutz verwendetete ich organischen Support!

Maximale Druckgeschwindigkeit auf 20 mm/s eingestellt.

Der Schutz für die Kamera hat eine kleine Nut rundherum, damit lässt sich der Schutz ohne Kleber, mit etwas Geduld anbringen! Es kann aber auch Kleber sparsam verwendetet werden. Die Kameraabdeckung lässt sich einfach aufstecken und bietet Schutz vor Staub und Kratzern.

I used TPU filament (eTPU-95A) from eSun for the case and the camera cap! For the side protection I used PETG from Prusament!

Since there was no filament profile for the eSun TPU in the current Prusa Slicer, I researched and used the SainSmart TPU profile, which worked perfectly!

Nozzle: 0.40 mm

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Support: for the case and camera protection
I adjusted the support settings and changed the style to a grid pattern so it would be easier to remove.
For printing the camera protector I used organic support!

Maximum print speed was set to 20 mm/s.

The camera protection has a small groove all around, which allows it to be attached without glue, although it does take a little patience. Glue can also be used sparingly if needed. The camera cover can simply be clipped on and provides protection against dust and scratches.
