Description

A practical wire stripping tool for all common conductor cross-sections used with Wago 221 Series connectors – always with you as a compact keychain tool.

The built-in measuring guide lets you identify your cable’s cross-section quickly and easily (0.5 / 0.75 / 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.5 / 4.0 mm²).

It strips your cable precisely to a length of 11 mm, perfectly matched to the Wago 221 Series.

 

Available in two versions:

  • a pure, functional edition
  • or one with an integrated bottle opener
     

Small, sturdy, and always at hand – perfect for the workshop, job site, or on the go.

 

Instructions:

  1. Hold the tool in one hand and the wire in the other.
  2. Insert the wire through the opening of the tool until it stops.
  3. Press the levers firmly together and pull the wire out to strip it.
  4. You can measure the stripped wire using the scale integrated into the handle to determine your wire’s cross-section.

 


 Print settings:

A layer height between 0.16 mm and 0.24 mm works best – the finer the layers, the better the details will appear.

Use five to six perimeters and at least 25 % infill.

PLA works perfectly, but PETG, PCTG, or PC are also great choices – optionally reinforced with carbon fiber or glass fiber for extra strength.

Praktischer Abisolierhelfer für alle gängigen Leiterquerschnitte der Wago Verbindungsklemmen Serie 221 – immer dabei als kompakter Schlüsselanhänger.

Mit der integrierten Messhilfe kannst du schnell und einfach den Leiterquerschnitt deines Kabels ermitteln (0,5 / 0,75 / 1,0 / 1,5 / 2,5 / 4,0 mm²).

Das Werkzeug isoliert dein Kabel präzise auf 11 mm Länge ab – perfekt abgestimmt auf die Wago 221 Serie.

 

Erhältlich in zwei Varianten:

  • in einer puristischen, funktionalen Version
  • oder mit integriertem Flaschenöffner

 

Klein, robust und immer griffbereit – ideal für Werkstatt, Baustelle oder unterwegs.

 

Anleitung:

  1. Halte das Tool in der einen Hand und das Kabel in der anderen.
  2. Schiebe das Kabel durch die Öffnung des Tools bis zum Anschlag.
  3. Drücke die Hebel fest zusammen und ziehe das Kabel heraus, um es abzuisolieren.
  4. Das abisolierte Kabel kannst du im Griff des Tools nachmessen, um den Leiterquerschnitt deines Kabels zu ermitteln.

 

Druckeinstellungen:

Eine Schichthöhe zwischen 0,16 mm und 0,24 mm ist ideal – je feiner, desto besser kommen die Details zur Geltung.

Verwende fünf bis sechs Perimeter und ein Infill von mindestens 25 %.

Als Material eignet sich PLA, aber auch PETG, PCTG oder PC funktionieren sehr gut – wahlweise auch mit Carbonfaser- oder Glasfaserzusatz für zusätzliche Stabilität.
