Small bin for trash like purge lines - with positioning aid to prevent bed crashes. You can use the versions prepared for specific magnet sizes, or you can use the versions with a flat bottom and add your own recesses for magnets with negative volumes in Prusa Slicer. If you get the size right, you don't need any glue. I have added models with different base thicknesses for different magnet sizes.
Since the CORE One uses aluminum instead of steel in some parts, only the front 20 mm are magnetic. You should therefore position the magnets accordingly in the front area. In addition, the magnets should not be too weak/small (I have had good experiences with 10x3 mm), as the aluminum plate would otherwise push the trash bin up slightly.
I have prepared a few versions for specific magnet sizes. In theory, the magnets should have a pretty strong press fit. However, the tolerances on many magnets are not that good, so if a magnet is too loose, just use a little glue to help. To press in the magnets, it helps to place them on a hard, smooth surface and press the purge bin onto them one after the other.
Add two M3 screws (head diameter 5.4mm) to the existing screw holes to align the purge bin:
The low-profile versions are 8 mm lower, allowing add-ons to be installed on the print bed holder (such as a nozzle wiper). In contrast, the standard version offers more space for trash.
If you print more than PLA and PETG with your CORE One L, it's better to use PETG, ABS, or similar materials for the bin, as the print chamber then can get quite hot.
