Garmin Bean Bag Mount Adapter for Apple MagSafe Charger

This model attaches to the standard Garmin bean bag mount.  It is sized to accommodate the Apple MagSafe charger.

This model has several parts (as shown in the exploded view/image) to accommodate how you would like to build this model.  It can attach directly to the bean bag or it can use arm that comes with the bean bag.  The STEP file can be read into the Prusa slicer and parts can be deleted as required.

Organic supports may be required depending on the configuration.  There is a separate ring part that is included in the model.  This keeps the organic supports from filling in the teeth gaps on the bottom of the part.  PETG was used.

The MagSafe charger his held in place with two Neodymium Bar Magnets 60mm x 10mm x 3mm.  These are available from Amazon. 

The parametric FreeCAD model is included if adjustments are needed.  There is a small ledge under the MagSafe charger that fits an iPhone 17 Pro Max and can be removed if the MagSafe charger is sufficient to hold the phone.

NOTE: This design uses magnets to hold the MagSafe charger in place which holds the iPhone.  Due to the use of the magnets behind the MagSafe charger, the MagSafe charger will not charge the phone.  See my newer design if you would like your phone to charge while driving.
