The Rugby Player version of the stencil insert comes with extensions that fit into the grooves of the golf ball stencil holder.  Explore other stencil designs

 Usage

• Using the Golf Ball Holder V2a,b or Golf Ball Holder (V3) model it is recommended to use a fine or ultrafine sharpie to get logo transferred onto golf ball.

• For the most accurate detailed logo use the  Golf Ball Spray Paint Holder Jig  using enamel spray paint or airbrush acrylic paint.

Printing Tips

Stencils have a 1.45mm thickness and are suitable for both FDM and SLA printing.

• For best results 3D print using an SLA printer (0.05mm layer height with supports) for best detail results since that keeps the stencil details crisp.  Be aware that SLA prints have some level of shrinkage (due to curing and then degassing) so you will need to increase the scale of the print based on the resin shrinkage calibration results.

• For FDM printer use PETG/PLA with painted supports (snug) central areas of model with 0.1mm layer height.
