Description
UPDATED 2022-12-12: Fixed issue with width/depth ratio and automatic calculations.
An OpenSCAD version (with stl outputs included) to make a custom version of the logo. You can add it to your prints, better if you use a z-based (layer) color change, or the print-on-print technique (for different colors in the base without an MMU).
To use it in print-on-print, the customizer includes “offset” and “mirror” parameters. Use the offset it to generate a negative space object (that you can add in PrusaSlicer) which is slightly “bigger” than the logo itself -about 0.2 works usually well. This, and maybe making the diff/negative object slightly taller than the logo, helps to avoid any smearing in the print. If you're going to use it in the base, also remember to mirror the object.
Choose a height of 0 to make a 2D version of the logo, that you can export as SVG or other image/2D file.
The customizer also outputs (in the OpenSCAD console) a suggested filename, so you can tell apart quickly different sized logos.
The .scad file also has a couple examples of how to generate a diff directly (without having to work with PrusaSlicer) and outlines of the logo.
