This 3D printed tailgate support bracket is designed to hold the vehicle tailgate in a lowered and stable position when carrying slightly protruding loads. It helps distribute the load more evenly and reduces strain on the tailgate hinges during transport.

The model offers flexible attachment options and can be used with 25 mm tie-down straps or with hooks, as shown in the reference image.

For maximum strength and safety, it is highly recommended to print this model in ABS or reinforced filaments such as carbon fiber or glass fiber–filled materials. These materials provide the rigidity and durability required for real-world load handling.
