Usage

• Recommend using a fine or ultrafine sharpie to accurately get logo transferred onto golf ball - Check out the Marker Use Video 

• Logo insert to be used in conjunction with Golf Ball Holder V2a,b or Golf Ball Holder (V3) model.

• Can also be used with Golf Ball Spray Paint Holder Jig and either regular spray paint or airbrush acrylic paint.

Printing Tips

Stencils have a 1.45mm thickness and are suitable for both FDM and SLA printing.

• SLA Stencil Creation

  • Use an SLA printer (0.05mm layer height with supports) for best detail results since that keeps the stencil details crisp.  Be aware that SLA prints have some level of shrinkage (due to curing and then degassing) so you will need to increase the scale of the print based on the resin shrinkage calibration results. 

• FDM Stencil Creation

  • For FDM printer use PETG/PLA with painted supports (snug) central areas of model with 0.1mm layer height.
