Parametric Motorcycle or Bicycle Grip

My grips were wearing out on my motorcycle so I designed these to replace it. I have included the parametric model as well as a few more common grip diameters.

Changing Parameters:

Pick one - Either change the grip ID and OD, or change the grip ID and Thickness.

Change the length if necessary.

If you need specific dimensions, but don't use Fusion, let me know and I can probably whip it up for you.

For a custom touch, you can un-suppress the 14th step sketch and 15th step emboss and add a custom pattern or logo to the end of the grip

After customizing:

I have had issues with not all of the grip segments retaining their fillets after resizing. Double check if there are any that are still squared off and add the .6mm fillet to them if necessary.

Printing:

Print in TPU or PEBA (foaming might provide more grip)

NO supports

NO infill above 16mm

NO more than 2 perimeters (keeps the grips squishy)

I have been using this on my motorcycle for the last 3 months riding to work almost daily and I have seen no wearing out or degradation.
