Description

NAVEE N65i II – U-Lock Mount (40 mm Tube)

This 3D-printed mount is designed to securely attach a U-lock holder to the steering tube of the NAVEE N65i II electric scooter.

The clamp fits a 40 mm diameter tube, which matches the stem size of the scooter. The mount consists of two clamping parts that are tightened together using M4 hardware to create a strong and secure hold.

The design includes reinforced side brackets to attach a standard U-lock holder plate.

The holder is designed for U-lock bars with a diameter of approximately 16.6 mm.

Hardware Required

For assembly you will need:

  • 6 × M4 x 10 mm screws

  • 6 × M4 nuts

The screws clamp the two halves together and secure the mounting plates.

Assembly

  1. Place the two clamp halves around the scooter stem.

  2. Insert the M4 x 10 screws through the holes.

  3. Secure them with M4 nuts.

  4. Tighten evenly until the mount sits firmly on the tube.

⚠ Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the printed part.

Notes

  • Designed for 40 mm tube diameter.

  • If your printer tolerances are different, you may need slight scaling or sanding.

  • Printing in PETG or ABS is recommended for better durability. But PLA is also okay to use.
