Description
I am running out of room on my guitar pedalboard but want to add a compressor to it, so I designed this riser to go over my Vertex buffer interface which will allow me to mount a compressor pedal above it without it being mounted directly to the top surface.
Worth noting, I do not use the guitar "in" on the buffer interface since I have a wah in front with a decent built in buffer and use high end cables. When I was using the guitar input on the buffer, it sounded like I had too much buffer in the signal chain (I think, I just know it didn't sound as good to me). Regardless, the point is that I added a small support piece that actually blocks this input. If you use the guitar input of the buffer interface then you could clip this piece off or modify the model to not include it. I am not even sure it is actually making anything stronger, to be honest, but I put it there because I could based on how I use the buffer interface.
