Waterbed Valve Plug & Cap Replacement

This is a replacement cap and plug for waterbed-style valves compatible with the design described in US Patent 268722. 

I created this model after losing one of the original plugs from a QUADRO Pool. The valve appears to be a common waterbed valve design, so it may also fit other products using the same system.

Printed in 0,2mm structural preset with PETG, no supports required. PLA may work, but PETG is likely the better choice for long-term use.

Tested successfully in a QUADRO Pool. No testing was performed on actual waterbeds. I accept no responsibility for leaking waterbeds, flooded bedrooms, upset partners or related consequences 🙂
