Flysky NV14 Nirvana External Battery Holder 2S 18650

This is a complete redesign of mrzipi's "Nv14 Nirvana External battery holder 18650" from Thingiverse. It allows you to externally mount 2x 18650 batteries, an LX-LISC-V2 USB-C charger module, and a small SPDT slide switch to the rear of a Flysky NV14 controller for powering an external transmitter module like the Happymodel ES24TX Pro.

When assembling, make sure to leave enough slack in your wires so you can remove the 2x 18650 batteries to gain access to the screws underneath in the event you need to access the NV14's MicroSD card slot.

I've included the Mk2 version, which is the horizontally mounted design like the original, but I don't recommend using it due to the width potentially interfering with finger placement.

• 2x M3x12mm Screws for attaching the mount and neck strap to NV14.

  • I recommend removing the second ISET resistor from the module to reduce the charge current if you use a spring battery holder; however, this is optional. 

• Small SPDT slide switch.

• 2x 18650 series battery holder (Or spot weld 2x 18650 cells in series).

• 2S BMS (Make sure to get one with balancing, or use the LX-LISC-V2 balance function).

NV14 Hardware Issues:

The stock NV14 has multiple hardware problems that make the rear JR Bay practically useless. You can alleviate most of these issues by following the fantastic "NV14 Power & Bay Mod" guide by Stefan73 et al. However, I've gone ahead and made an improved and updated version of the guide, which can be found here: NV14 Power & Bay Mod - V2 

Following this guide will fix most issues, but nonetheless, the power supply to the JR bay can only provide ~3W of power, which is not enough for modules such as the ES24TX Pro 1W, which can draw up to ~6.5W on its max 1W output power.
