C-clips for bike cable

Bike cable holder C-clips:

• Clip D4 - cable with 4 mm diameter (eg. derailluer cable);
• Clip D5 - cable with 5 mm diameter (eg. hydraulic brake).

Print settings:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm 
• Supports: No
• Material: PETG

I was going to use one of the clips published by eSeL https://www.printables.com/pl/model/109134-bike-c-clip-for-brake-hose-or-gearderailleur-cable, but they were notably bigger than my original clips, so I quickly created copy of original clip used in my bike. The copy printed with PETG did not worked well, it had a tendency to crack. Finally I modified design of clips in comparison to original clips. New shape took into account that PETG is not so flexible as the material of original clips.

I printed and used 4 clips (2 x D4 and 2 x D5) in two different bikes. Fitting is very tight, the cable is held without any clearance. Installation is even easier than installation of original clips.
