Description
This is the #3DVFaceShield PPE from Sweden, I used it as a template and modeled stacks of 20 that can be printed all at once. On a 300x300 bed you can get 3 stacks so you can print 60 at a time on a 220x220 you can get 2 stacks so 40.
Ok these things are a little fiddly to print so bear with me.
I redesigned these in a way that they are rigid and can hold up well, but have no large flat surfaces to print.
This is a remix of the #3DVFaceShield from https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/
I changed part of the headband to make it easier to stack and pinned them for stacking.
Printer:
Anet E16 and Anet A8+
Rafts:
No
Supports:
No
Resolution:
.3
Infill:
10
Filament:
cheap PLAanycolor
Notes:
Print these only with .3mm layers to make sure the perforations work. I use Cura to slice, so I use the option "Print thin walls" to allow the printer to print the 0.4mm by 0.3mm pins between the layers. without this option on you will ger a large inseparable pile of plastic (or a giant headband.
