Description
This is a bed leveling wheel for the FLSUN i3 plus or C plus. The stupid little wing nuts (or if you read the instructions for building this "butterfly nuts") that come with it are hard to adjust and annoying. These make the bed leveling screws as smooth as butter when making adjustments. These wheels a a bit over 2 inches in diameter. You will need to print 4 of them and will need some M3 nuts. These print with a sacrificial bridge in the screw hole. it is 1 layer thick (when printing in .3) and will need to be poked out with a small screwdriver or m3 screw. The tolerances on this part were fairly tight when I printed them. You will need to pull the nut into the wheel using an m3 screw and a wingnut threaded backward.

Notes:
you will need to clear the "sacrificial bridge" in the screw hole with something pointy (small screw driver, mechanic's pick, m3 screw, etc)
you will need to pull the m3 nut into the wheel using a wing nut threaded backward onto a long m3 screw. Put the wing nut backward onto the screw, push it through the round side of the wheel and put the m3 nut on it. Tighten the screw until the nut starts to go into the hex hole and then loosen the wing nut (tighten it against the wheel) until the nut is all the way up into the wheel.License:
