Low profile right angle cap for Neutrik NC3MXX

Low profile right angle cap for the Neutrik NC3MXX or NC3MXX-B.
The thread screws into the plug about 1 turn, this seems to be working at least with the cable I have. It also holds the pins in place.

V2 is an improved version of the cap which addresses an issue where the opening would bend inside, loosening the thread. The opening is now a long hole so it is connected at the bottom, this issue seems to be fixed with that.
