Ender 3 E3D Revo Micro BLTouch Fan Shroud

I designed this as the only other BLTouch-Mountable Ender 3 Fan Shroud had the BLTouch placed parallel to the hotend, not perpendicular, therefore taking more space.  This version keeps the entirety of the hotend system within the x gantry plate:

The offset in Y was kept at zero, so only adjustments for X and Z offset will be required in your printers firmware, see the screenshot for these values.
