Folder hole supporter strap

Printing

I have designed this part to be 0.5mm thick and recommend to print in 0.15mm layer thickness, which gives 3 layers. The result is close to the (boring white) original part, that comes with the folders. 

If you want a stronger hole supporter, simply scale this part in z-direction to a greater thickness.

Be careful when you remove this part from the print bed and make sure to let it cool down before your remove it. It would be pity to bend it before you put it into action. 

Material

I have printed this part in my beloved “Prusament PLA Azur Blue”. So I can say for sure that PLA works fine. And frankly, for this part I see no reason to use a more sophisticated material. Although I have no doubts that PETG would work just as well.
