Cupholder + Baofeng UV-82HP + Google Pixel 4a (5G)

How's this for niche?  I built a model of the basic shape of the radio, a Baofeng UV-82HP, and subtracted ( OpenSCAD difference() ) that shape from a cupholder base I created (based on a large fast food cup).  Added a slot to hold my cell phone later (only radio or cell phone fit at one time.)  Added cutout for USB cable for phone.  Designed specifically for a VW MKV Jetta, but should work with most cupholders.
