For the BoxTop I printed the lid face side down with supports since the bridging is pretty far across in some parts. Then I printed the “Symbol” STL with a color change and glued it into the box lid.
The fit between the bottoms and tops of each box are tight by design. If it's too tight for your liking then lightly sand the outsides of each bottom piece till you get the fit you like.
